“When you run into something interesting, drop everything else and study it.”

Welcome to Seven Dimensions Consulting. We offer reflective supervision, consulting, and professional education for behaviour analysts, practitioners, and the teams and services they work within — grounded in behavioural science and the human rights model of disability, and guided by equity, inclusion, and dignity.
Lauren (she/her) is a radical behaviourist, educator, and supervisor with 19 years' experience working alongside neurodivergent adolescents and young adults with high support needs. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience as an Autistic and ADHD behaviour analyst to her teaching and supervision.
Living and working on Garigal Land, she honours the custodians of the Eora Nation, who have cared for Country, culture, and community for tens of thousands of years.
Now focused on training, supervision, and supporting the education of aspiring behaviour analysts, Lauren's work draws on contextual behavioural science, human rights, and person-centred, values-led practice. She is committed to decolonising, intersectional approaches that promote ethical, individualised, and meaningful behaviour support.
Her practice is explicitly anti-ableist, anti-racist, and anti-normalisation, and is aligned with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN-CRPD). These values are not optional extras, they are the foundation of how she works and who she works with.
The seven dimensions of applied behaviour analysis come from a hallmark paper in the behaviour analytic literature, Baer, Wolf & Risley (1968). The article describes attributes of the science that can inform ethical, practical, effective, and humane supports:
Reflective, values-based supervision for behaviour analysts, educators, and professionals working in human services. Whether you are working towards becoming a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA), CBA-U, BCBA, or BCaBA, supervision is tailored to where you are and where you want to go.
Consulting services for organisations and teams seeking ethical guidance, systems review, or support with culturally responsive and person-centred practice. Engagements are shaped around your context and grounded in a human-rights framework.
