With over 18 years of experience, Lauren has supported individuals of all ages who engage in challenging behaviours to meet their needs, helping them acquire new skills and guiding those around them in providing effective support. She has collaborated with various providers, including small and large organisations, and has worked with diverse cultures and disabilities. As a supervisor, her goal is to empower you to think creatively and grasp the fundamental scientific principles of applied behaviour analysis, enhancing your daily practice while focusing on person-centred, human rights-oriented approaches that encourage you to identify and live by your values.
