Our goal is to streamline processes, assess the effectiveness of current services, and enhance staff professional development. Lauren brings valuable experience in navigating the NDIS, business registration, and working with Behaviour Support Practitioners, and is dedicated to improving the quality of behaviour support in Australia, starting with leadership.

 

As an Autistic-ADHD contextual behaviour analyst, Lauren is well-equipped to assist your leadership team in developing sustainable practices that empower individuals to live authentically.

CONSULTANCY OPTIONS

Consultancy services vary from short-term options (5-15 hours per month for 2-3 months) to ongoing support (5+ hours per month), all focused on a person-centred approach for clients and staff.

Our services are offered across Australia (via Zoom) and in-person in Sydney, with limited travel availability.
